47-year-old Jordan Tikeridis, an Australian man of Greek descent broke his country’s national record for weight loss, shedding a staggering 204 kilos.
Tirekidis, who two years ago weighed in at 312 kg, told his unbelievable story on an Australian program airing weeknights on the Nine Network, titled “A Current Affair”.
Incredibly, the Greek-Australian achieved this incredible weight loss without the aid of surgery. He managed this spectacular feat with the help of hypnotherapy, which changed his unhealthy habits and made him want to eat right and exercise.
“Jordan was eating himself to death one mouthful at a time,” said Dr Mark Stephens, a famous hypnotherapist who was with Jordan every step of the way.
Asked about his difficult journey, Tirekidis says it felt “like standing at the bottom of Mount Everest and having to climb up wearing thongs.”
