The criminal group is said to be involved in attempted murders, extortions, and arson

A large operation by the Extortion Unit of the Hellenic Police has been underway since the morning of Monday (16/12) in areas of Attica to dismantle a criminal group allegedly involved in attempted murders, extortions, arson, and more.

According to initial reports, the police have made 23 arrests so far.

The operation is being led by the Greek FBI.
