Russia officially has a new military doctrine now, since the country’s President, Vladimir Putin, signed the relevant decision.

The new military doctrine states that the main external risks of the country are the expansion of the military capabilities of NATO and the destabilization in various areas, according to news agency RIA.

It is also noted that the main internal threat to Russia is internal terrorism.
