Concerts, workshops, happenings and a shop selling records, books and memorabilia. Once again the Concert Hall is opening its doors to the world of jazz, following up on the major success of the tribute to Latin jazz staged in 2010.
This year’s event will be showcasing Greek music, with a programme featuring some of the most important figures from all the various eras and movements. There will also be eminent musicians from other countries; including famous American pianist Kenny Barron and trailblazing Israeli saxophonist Gilad Atzmon.
For a whole day the Concert Hall will echo to the thrilling sounds of jazz music!
