Swingers clubs have come to Greece, allowing open-minded Greek couples to exchange partners for a night. Traditional norms are put aside as partners look around and switch lovers for the evening with their spouse’s permission.

On Saturday nights, over a hundred couples aged from thirty to fifty years of age gather here, though there are also some young couples still in their twenties who arrive to check out the scene. The way in which meetings are arranged depends on the couples, with phone numbers exchanged, but many prefer to complete their swinging fantasies at the club itself. The club also has a dark room.

Like the Piraeus’ club, Nirvana Swingers club is touted as an outlet for open-minded couples. Swingers would gather at seedy parties or one-night only events until this club opened its doors in 2006. Loud music, an erotic atmosphere and the chance to make new friends without having to take them home as the club also has a dark room for those interested in further exploring their new friendships in a sexual way.
The Bikini Club, above the Nirvana Club is a place where couples can continue to party after the Nirvana’s closing hours. The second club within a club looks like a hotel with a reception that offers facilities such as showers. The central area has a huge bed and a giant video screen featuring pornographic material. There are also gloryholes in the club.
Only couples and single women are allowed to attend, whereas single men are not allowed to enter.
