The terrorist organization “Revolutionary Class Self-Defense” claimed responsibility for the bombing attack on Hellenic Train

The organization, in its lengthy statement, also claims responsibility for the bombing that took place in 2024 at the Ministry of Labor - The Hellenic Police had identified common elements between the two attacks

In a post on a well-known website within the anarchist space, the organization “Revolutionary Class Self-Defense” claimed responsibility for the bombing attack on Hellenic Train.

In its lengthy statement, the organization also claimed responsibility for the explosion that took place in 2024 at the Ministry of Labor.

It is worth noting that the authorities had identified many similarities between the attack on Hellenic Train and the one that occurred a few months earlier at the Ministry of Labor, and were seeking evidence that could link the two cases.

In the statement of responsibility, it is emphasized, among other things, that: “The dilemma we are now called to confront — a dilemma to which the historic strike and uprising of February 28 across the country gave an equally historic answer — is clear: ‘Chains or weapons.’ We must decisively choose the latter!“

The statement also makes extensive references to the Tempi tragedy, the large mobilizations and demonstrations that followed, and dedicates both actions (i.e., the attacks on Hellenic Train and the Ministry of Labor) to “the Palestinian people and their heroic resistance”.
