The injured man was transferred to the 424 Military Hospital of Thessaloniki

A Super Puma helicopter of the Air Force rescued a wounded climber on Mount Athos yesterday, Tuesday, June 18.

The injured man was transported by helicopter to the helipad of the 424 General Military Training Hospital and was then evacuated by ECAB ambulance for further treatment.

The Air Force today released video of the rescue mission of the injured man.
