In a Facebook post, Theodora Tzakri announced her election as vice-president of the Movement for Democracy following a proposal by Kasselakis at the party’s National Council – and with an overwhelming 92.44% of the vote.
Interestingly, the announcement was made by the Pella MP herself, and not by the Kasselakis party. The only announcement made by the Movement for Democracy today concerns the submission of a topical question by the party’s press spokesman, Dr. Michalis Hourdakis, who was a deputy of the Plevsi Eleftherias Party and has withdrawn.
