Justice Minister Nikos Paraskevopoulos met on Friday with Jean-Louis Debre, the president of France’s Constitutional Council, and Jean Loup Kuhn-Delforge, France’s ambassador to Greece. They discussed the operation of Justice across Europe. Amongst matters discussed, were the overcrowding of Greek prisons and the slow administration of justice.
The French officials expressed hope that the Greek government would continue with reforms that have been lagging due to the European crisis. They offered to assist by providing training and know-how.
