As well-informed sources explained to protothema.gr, the prosecutor and the investigator handling the case evaluated the findings of the pneumonologist, the neurologist and the two pathologists and, in combination with the statements in their hands, decided that a arrest warrantas the accused is likely to commit other similar acts while she remains at large.

Irini Mourtzoukou was arrested at a hotel in Athens and is reportedly accused of killing her two children at different times, killing another infant and attempting to murder a friend (allegedly trying to drown her) with whom she had previously been close.

The accused spent the evening in the GADA, while the warrant will be executed today, Tuesday, at the prosecutor for the execution of sentences in Evelpidon and then Irini Mourtzoukou will go to Patras to apologize to the interrogator.
