The family of the Polish professor breaks its silence: “His ex-wife is the mastermind of the murder”

The statement on the murder of the Polish professor issued today by his family - What it says about his ex-wife

Newsroom July 22 11:11

The family of Polish university student Przemek Jeziorski, who was the victim of a cold-blooded killing in Agia Paraskevi on July 4, has issued an official statement on the tragic event.

The statement was posted on Facebook by the victim’s brother, Łukasz Jeziorski, who publicly expressed his gratitude to the Hellenic Police for their actions, while leaving no doubt as to who he holds responsible for the murder: His brother’s ex-wife, who has already been arrested and taken into custody after her apology before the investigating authorities.

“My brother was a devoted father, son and brother, as well as an accomplished professor who touched the lives of countless students,” Łukasz Jeziorski said in his post, speaking of the man who was murdered in the middle of the street.

The case that has shocked Greek society involves a total of five people. Among them is the 43-year-old ex-wife of the victim, who is accused of being an accessory and abetting the murder. Her 35-year-old partner is alleged to be the executor, while three other persons, one of whom is only 16 years old, are accused of participating in the crime.

Family statement

“On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to express our deep gratitude to the Greek Police, the security professionals and all the authorities who participated in the investigation of my brother’s murder. Your efforts, professionalism and dedication to uncovering the truth and apprehending those responsible are commendable. We are grateful for the prompt and thorough work that led to the arrests and the judicial review that resulted in the detention of all five suspects, including Przemek’s ex-wife, who was the mastermind of his murder.

The evidence and court proceedings revealed disturbing details about the organized nature of this crime. While we are grateful that the truth is being revealed, the manipulative excuses and false claims for the safety of children made by the perpetrators are painful to hear. My brother, Przemek, was a devoted father who loved his children unconditionally, a professor with integrity at one of the world’s top universities, and was a threat to no one – ever.

My brother was a devoted father, son and brother, as well as an accomplished professor who touched the lives of countless students. His loss leaves a deep wound in our hearts. Nothing can bring him back, but the fact that those responsible are being held accountable and that the Greek judicial system is working offers us some comfort in our time of mourning.

Murder of the Polish professor was ordered by his ex-wife – Carried out by her current partner

Right now, the most important thing for me and my mother is the well-being and safety of Przemek’s children – her grandchildren, her niece and my nephew. Their health and future is our highest priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure that they are surrounded by love and stability in the wake of this unthinkable tragedy. We continue to work closely with the U.S. and Polish consulates in Athens and our legal representatives to ensure that the children’s interests are protected. International attention, however appreciated in bringing this case to light, should not come at the expense of the children’s privacy and well-being.

Thank you again to all of you who have supported us and helped us get to this point in our quest for justice for Przemek.”
