Giannis Antetokounmpo is currently one of the most talked-about figures in the NBA.

Initially, for his stature as a star athlete in the league and as a person with principles and a strong voice.

Lately, however, his name has been in the headlines more due to trade rumors involving the Milwaukee Bucks, which ultimately did not happen. Giannis remained in Milwaukee and will focus on recovering from his calf injury.

At the same time, Giannis continues to invest in his future through business ventures. According to Forbes, he will be launching his own line of gummy candies.

The launch is in collaboration with Candy Funhouse, in which Antetokounmpo’s family office has invested.

The gummies will come in three flavors—tropical, strawberry lemonade, and mixed berry—and in three shapes: a basketball, Giannis’s face, and the Candy Funhouse logo.

In an interview with Forbes, Antetokounmpo said that he enjoys sweets but saves them for a few specific moments.

He added that he often shares treats with the two oldest of his four children, all five years old or younger, describing it as a way to relax and unwind.

In a statement to Forbes, Candy Funhouse’s marketing head, Dave Thontoropoulos, said the product was designed to match Giannis’s image and highlight his more playful side.

He also mentioned that the idea was inspired by candies and sweets Giannis enjoyed during his childhood in Athens, once again showing that Greece is always on his mind.
