Spring-like conditions will prevail across the country over the next few days, with clear skies and temperatures staying near seasonal averages.

According to meteorologist Theodore Kolydas, the weather will be mild, with daytime temperatures slightly above normal for this time of year, while nights will retain a necessary chill.

The situation is expected to change from the middle of next week (Thursday, March 19), when rain showers are forecast for the western, central, and southern regions of the country, continuing through Sunday.

Kolydas’ Forecast: Cooler Weather and Rain Next Week

Meteorologist Theodore Kolydas notes that rainfall in Greece will remain limited until midweek. Data from the ECMWF European model indicate that rain amounts will be low, suggesting generally stable conditions in the coming days.

Meanwhile, temperatures are expected to remain largely unchanged through Wednesday, staying close to recent levels.

Looking further ahead, forecast models show a clear trend of falling temperatures, which may drop below seasonal averages.
