Sofia Vergara spoke about the judicial fight that she and her ex husband are embroiled in since they’ve been a couple, over the “ownership” of her frozen embryos.

During an interview, the 42 year-old actress revealed that she denied access to “what is rightfully hers” to her ex.

Even though they had signed an agreement which clarified that nothing would happen with the embryos if both of them didn’t agree, the ex went to court claiming that said agreement did not have a provision on what would be the case if they ever broke up.
