During their exchange in front of the cameras, the Greek President of the Republic emphasized to his guest that “Greece respects international law,” adding that “I look forward to our cooperation so that the continuation of provocations can be addressed in the best possible way.”
For his part, Prince Albert noted that “Greece and Monaco have had relations for centuries, even though diplomatic ties were only established in 2008.”
“This does not mean anything, because our countries have been connected for centuries through the Mediterranean and a shared culture of peace, mutual assistance, and communication,” Prince Albert added.
