The moment of the big battle has arrived for Olympiacos. The “red-whites” face Fenerbahçe tonight in the first semifinal of the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens, in a night expected to turn the OAKA into a massive “red” stand.
Estimates suggest that between 8,000 and 10,000 Olympiacos fans will be present at the Telekom Center Athens stands, a number expected to give the match against the Turkish side a strong red-and-white atmosphere.
In the last few hours, confusion has also emerged regarding part of the tickets, causing concern among several Olympiacos supporters. According to reports, many ticket holders had not received their electronic tickets from the organizing authority even a few hours before the semifinal, creating anxiety about their timely entry to the arena.
The situation immediately triggered action from Olympiacos BC, which is in constant contact with the EuroLeague and the competition’s responsible services in order to find a solution as soon as possible. Club officials are collecting, one by one, the cases of fans facing issues, gathering relevant details and booking numbers to speed up the ticket verification and delivery process.
The aim is to avoid last-minute inconvenience before the match and ensure that all fans who have legally purchased tickets can enter the venue normally. At the same time, Final Four organizers have announced strict security measures for all spectators at the Olympic complex, urging fans to arrive early to avoid delays and congestion.
According to official EuroLeague guidelines, entry to the arena will be allowed exclusively to holders of valid tickets. In addition, all fans must carry an original ID card or passport, as continuous identity checks will be carried out by security authorities and event staff. Organizers stress that ticket details must exactly match identification documents; otherwise, entry will be denied even if a valid ticket is presented. Fans are therefore advised to check their personal details in advance and have the necessary documents ready before approaching the gates.
The security plan includes multiple checkpoints around the OAKA, with successive control points for ticket verification, identity checks, and security screening. Body searches as well as bag and personal item inspections will also be conducted by police forces and event security. Authorities are asking fans to fully cooperate to ensure smooth entry and avoid delays before tip-off.
Particular emphasis is also placed on re-entry rules, as according to Final Four regulations, anyone entering the arena and Olympic complex will not be allowed to exit and re-enter under any circumstances.
This means spectators must complete all necessary actions before entering the stands, as leaving the venue will be considered final. However, organizers clarify that food outlets, kiosks, and restrooms will operate normally within the facility to serve attendees.
