Greek summer drinking does not have to mean the classic, well-known bottle pulled from the ice bucket. The most interesting choices often come from cooler mountain vineyards, island varieties with salt and sun on their skin, old-school styles newly reconsidered, and reds that can take a little chill without losing their character.
