Austria’s Finance Minister Hans Joerg Schelling told Reuters on Tuesday that there would be no agreement on the new Greek budget proposals until a concrete plan determining how they would be implemented was submitted.

“If there is no program for actions that says what measure will be implemented and wehen, we will not agree to it,” he said, adding that if there is no agreement by Sunday then the next moves would be unpredictable.
