Skiathos is a small Greek island in the northwest Aegean Sea and is part of the Sporades group. It was the location of the Hollywood blockbuster movie ‘Mama Mia’. It’s frequent a-list celebrities include Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, who have practically adopted the picturesque island as their second home. Among the famous people visiting the island is world renowned DP, Director, Filmmaker and Cinematographer Philip Bloom, who recently spent some relaxing time on the island and posted a series of amazing photographs he shot. Philip Bloom has worked for the BBC, Sky and Lucasfilm and his most recent work was on CNN’s ‘The Wonder List’, where he offered his cinematic eye to capture beautiful moving imagery.
