A meeting between Samaras and Tsipras is ruled out

According to Prime Minister’s associate statement to protothema.gr, Mr. Tsipras requested a meeting with Mr. Samaras strictly for raising the issue of early elections without being open to discussions on critical issues

The Maximou Mansion rules out the possibility of a meeting between the Prime Minister and the President of SYRIZA.

The issue was brought back to the surface when the SYRIZA representative stated that Mr. Tsipras is open to the possibility of a meeting with Mr. Antonis Samaras.

However, according to a close associate of the Prime Minister it is clear that ” Mr. Tsipras requested a meeting with Mr. Samaras strictly for raising the issue of early elections without being open to discussions on critical issues”.
