Equity prices went down on Tuesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 0.75%, standing at 649.79 points at 11.00 am and turnover at 2.14 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks dropped 1.04% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index dropped 0.22%.

Individual sector indices were moving mostly downwards with the biggest gains in Technology (+1.56%) and in Industrial Products (+0.11%).

The heaviest losses were in Food and Beverages (-1.69 %), in Health (1.59 %) and in Commerce (-1.29 %).
