Austria: Muslim vows “I will cut off officers’ heads”, his mother runs over one of them

The officer was seriously injured

Newsroom August 2 10:13

The Qur’an may be saying “when you meet the unbelievers, strike the necks…” (Qur’an 47:4), however, the mother of this muslim of Turkish origin preferred what it has been described as  vehicular jihad.

Shocking scenes took place on Saturday in Sellrain in Tyrol, Innsbruck-Land district. According to a report from  “Krone”, a woman, the mother of an IS follower (18), rammed her car into a Cobra team police officer who was seriously injured.

“Will cut off officers’ heads”

After a tip from Germany to the Office for the Protection of the Constitution regarding an alleged IS follower, the Directorate for Intelligence and State Security (DSN) immediately initiated investigations. The allegations were confirmed. “I will cut off officers’ heads!,” wrote the Islamist on social media.

Mother stepped on the gas pedal

Then the Cobra stepped in. Rather than surrender to the heavily armed elite officers, the mother and son attempted to escape. She stepped on the gas pedal and ran over one of the men. The rest of the unit stopped the duo. The investigation is ongoing.
