Book presentation and workshop on bullying

Eva Kasiarou, an educator, uses real-life inspiration to weave her stories

Eva Kasiarou’s book “An Ant Started it All”, focused on bullying, is an entertaining way to get children to recognize the signs of hazing before they get out of hand. The story will be presented by the author herself at the Free Thinking Zone (corner of 64 Skoufa and Grivaion streets, Kolonaki), at noon on Sunday.

Kasiarou, an educator, presents the tale through narration and other activities that allow kids to hypothesize and prepare themselves for real-life situations that they may encounter in their daily lives. They will talk about and draw their fears.

The second part of the program at 1 p.m. is focused on making children’s Easter candles (lambades). The proceeds will go to help immigrant children learn to read.
