The four suspects arrested for the murder of 36-year-old Antonis on board the Blue Horizon were prosecuted, while the crew member who is seen on video pushing the man was charged with manslaughter with possible malice and dangerous interference with maritime traffic.

The other two crew members, who were involved indirectly in the incident, were also prosecuted for accessory to manslaughter committed with possible malice, while the captain was charged with dangerous interference with maritime traffic.
