Champagne doughnut covered in gold costs $100

It is made with Cristal champagne and filled with ube mousse and champagne jelly

A Filipino restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is selling a champagne doughnut for $100.

Manila Social Club known for its unique ube doughnuts, which are purple and cost $40 per doze, decided to surprise its clients and make a new ube doughnut made with Cristal champagne.

The golden ube doughnut has icing made with Cristal champagne and it is filled with ube mousse and champagne jelly, while its outside part is flecked with 24-karat gold. And the cost? $100 per doughnut.
