Dancing under the water

A unique and magical performance

For the first time in the world, choreographers Sophie Bulbulyan (France) and Apostolia Papadamaki (Greece) in collaboration with Lia Haraki (Cyprus) and artists from 10 countries, present an underwater dance-visual performance , ‘Drops of Breath’.

The audience will be able to attend the performance underwater sat on underwater benches.

Anybody can watch the performance snorkeling over the underwater stage, whereas 3 underwater cameras will broadcast live during the performance for those who prefer to stay dry.

14 performers from France, Greece and Cyprus will perform an underwater choreography in one of the most beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean, Cape Sounion beach, the ancient Greek temple of Poseidon which is at the edge of Attica land looking over the Aegean Sea.

The group of underwater performers consists of 8 dancers with or without disability; 5 are professional, 4 are children aged 10-14, 1 dive master and 1 certified instructor.
