According to Handelsblatt publication the Troika may threaten to disrupt the supply of liquidity to Greece if they fail to reach a negotiation agreement in 2014, but the ECB states that they will not leave Greek banks without liquidity.
The publication stresses that all reports on stopping the funding of Greek banks do not correspond to reality, while also stresses that the provision of liquidity to Greek banks was in no way used as a bargaining tool.
