Hellenic Statistical Authority reported that visitors to Greek museums in March 2014 increased by 13.7%, and revenues from entrance tickets rose by 4.9% compared to the same month last year.

It also said that for January-March 2014, visitors to museums increased by 13% and revenues rose by 8.4%, compared to the same period last year.

In terms of archaeological sites, Hellenic Statistical Authority said, the number of visitors rose by 19.5% in March while revenues increased by 1.5% in comparison with the same month last year.

In the period January-March 2014, the number of visitors in archaeological sites increased by 24.6% and revenues increased by 13.1%.
