Family or Indian government have yet to confirm his death

The Islamic State (IS/Daesh) crucified an Indian Christian Catholic priest on Good Friday, according to the Washington Times. Reverend Thomas Uzhunnalil was working for Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity and was kidnapped in a raid in Yemen earlier this month. The Washington Times reports the grizzly crucifixion was confirmed at the Easter Vigil Mass by Cardinal Christoph Schonborn of Vienna. The death of the priest has not been confirmed by Uzhunnalil’s family or the Indian government yet.
