Tempers continue to simmer in France’s far-right Front National, with president Marine Le Pen threatening to sack the party founder and honorary president, her dad Jean-Marie.
Marine this week accused the elder Le Pen of committing “political suicide” and “vulgar provocation”, tough remarks after the 87-year-old patriarch of the French patriarch of nationalist politics gave an inter to a virulently anti-Semitic magazine.
It appears that the next Le Pen family reunion will be a very interesting affair if everyone attends.
