The special platform will be launched soon and will be under the responsibility of the DIOPHANTOS Institute.

Interested parties will gain access with personal login codes to the platform and are required to fill in their full details.

Online complaints do not preclude the parallel submission of reports, either verbal or written, to the Director or Head of the school unit or Laboratory Centre.

The digital platform will not allow teachers to file a complaint except in the case of bullying incidents involving them; either if they are themselves involved, or if there is a complaint against them, or even if they are members of committees in schools.

In addition to the operation of the online complaints platform, a national information and awareness-raising campaign on violence in schools is being launched.
