Its gardens extend over a 5,500 square metres, while the main residence is a spacious 807 sq. metres, complete with a reception area, dining room with fireplace, seven bedrooms and baths, a game room with a bar, gym, sauna and two servants’ quarters. The highlight of the property, according to locals, is its private beach and beach bungalow made of stone, all with a view of the isle of Spetses on the horizon.

According to local residents, the property belongs to shipowner Stelios Harakoglou, who is linked to Constantine via their common hobby: sailing.

Constantine, who permanently lost his crown following a referendum in late 1974, bought his own holiday mansion at the Aghios Emilianos site through an offshore company, as Proto Thema had revealed in the past. The former royal family of Greece purchased a Arabian-style villa for five million euros that belonged to Lebanese businessman Marc Sursock, the adopted son of Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan.
