Newly-released CCTV footage of a terrorist attack on one of the restaurants in Paris reveals the horror faced by the victims. A woman mircaulously escapes from in front of the gunman’s range as bullets ricochet through the restaurant where people are seated on the patio as well as inside the building.

Customers and staff members duck for cover under the restaurant furniture to shield themselves from attack while an assassin points the gun at a young woman hiding under one of the patio tables. Luckily, the gun malfunctions and the woman escapes.

People scramble, some run away whereas others try to find safety upstairs or downstairs.

A young waitress covers an older injured woman with her arms, while – outside – the gunman walks around calmly shooting people before getting back into his vehicle.

The attack, lasted a minute, and all the people inside the restaurant managed to survive and were not among the list of more than 132 people killed on Friday, November 13.
