The Greek Minister of Defence Nikos Panagiotopoulos visited the Lockheed Martin facilities of the F-35 fighter jets in Texas where he was briefed on the advantages of this “formidable flying machine”, as he described the F-35.

As he said, “I had a great opportunity to see the production process up close and get a full briefing on the advantages and strengths of this formidable flying machine”.

As the Minister of National Defence pointed out, the procurement process has certainly begun for 20 aircraft with the option of another 20 in the future if conditions permit.
