Free running, a martial discipline that was developed in 2003 as a more inclusive form of parkour, is based on the principle that one should express oneself by moving fluidly in the environment and that there are no limitations on the form of this movement.

World-class free runner Jason Paul and his buddy Enis Maslic visited the gorgeous island of Santorini, which is ideal for this kind of sports and even hosts an annual “Red Bull Art of Motion” parkour competition.

“Free Running is like a kid on the playground,” says world-class free runner, Jason Paul. “They run around, try new things and test out their limits”.
