An impressive video with white wolves was uploaded by the environmental organization “Arcturos” on the occasion of the first snow that fell.

In particular, the video, which is unclear when it was taken, shows three wolves in a white landscape in the forest howling. In the caption of the video, the organization writes: “When the first snow finally falls.”

As Arcturos points out in a Facebook user comment, the cry of wolves is purely a communication behaviour, possibly to indicate their presence to another pack. “When it comes to wolves in the wild the reasons can also be for breeding, gathering after the hunt, etc.”
