Sisi has accused Erdogan of supplying weapons to ISIS rebels and providing them safe havens in an apparent breach of the UN Security Council resolutions. Such is the bellicosity between the two men that during the recent UN Summit in New York, Sisi literally turned his back on Erdogan when they crossed paths. t
