The Islamic State propaganda has extensively used the brutality of the crimes committed by the organization to spread fear of eminent terrorist attacks throughout the world.
However, a video that was released recently reveals the lasting effects of the atrocities committed by ISIS, as it shows women and children walking past the decapitated corpses of Syrian soldiers at the streets of Raqqa without even raising an eyebrow.

‘They hate to see the murder but they cannot speak because of fear,’ one civilian living in the city told MailOnline.
