British ferry firm Condor Ferries has released a two-and-a-half-minute clip which is possibly the most cringe-worth safety video ever made.

Set to the tune of Rapper’s Delight by Sugarhill Gang, the clip shows three staff members showcasing their hip hop skills and executing some very embarassing dance moves.

Here’s a small taste from the beginning of the song: “I’m the C-A-P-T to the A-I-N and I’m here to let you know, that once you’ve heard the whistle go my instructions will flow.”

Although the video certainly manages to attract attention, some commentators have reportedly said that they would rather jump overboard than listen to the whole thing!
