Gazprom’s Alexey Miller and Greek Minister of Productive Reform, the Environment and Energy Panagiotis Lafazanis are meeting in the latter’s ministry, speaking on issues concerning the deal with the Russian energy giant. The take or pay clause is also expected to be discussed, with costs reaching 100 million which Gazprom seeks from DEPA. The Greek minister is hoping to reduce that number to more manageable levels.
There is also a meeting planned between Miller and Greek PM Tsipras during which the “Greek pipeline” plans will be discussed.
