Greece must fulfill terms of the second and current bailout program and agree with its lenders, German Chancellor Angela Merkel reiterated on Tuesday afternoon.

She also emphasized her intention to do everything in her power to keep Greece in the Eurozone and that she is concentrated on helping the three institutions find a common solution on the Greek matter.

The crucial meeting is on Thursday, she stated, obviously referring to the Eurogroup meeting as a pivotal point in the ongoing talks.

The Chancellor’s statements took place during Alexis Tsipras’ speech before the SYRIZA Parliamentary Group, and dont’ appear as an answer to the Greek PM’s statements.
