How about a slice of a day in a cut-up city? (pics)

See the shift of light to darkness across the world

Newsroom December 8 07:30

Daniel Marker-Moore’s time-sliced photos carry the charm of time lapse photography to show the shift from day to night across the world’s most iconic cities. The photographs focus on a point in the day – sunrise or sunset – with the most dramatic change in light. Taking dozens of images to show the subtle changes of the sun, he joins these together with interesting results.

Daniel Marker-Moore's take on time-lapse photography sees the snapper take image after image before combining them to create beautiful, vibrant works. Here he took 38 pictures of the Manhattan skyline in New York showing a two hour time period
