European Central Bank (ECB) board member Benoit Coeure said the review of the Greek program will be completed within the next days, a development that would strengthen the Greek economy. As news agency Bloomberg reports, the ECB member expressed the opinion that Greece needed a new debt relief. It should be noted this is the first time an ECB board member has taken such an clear stance on the Greek debt.
