An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale occurred in Farsala, in southern Thessaly early Friday morning. The epicentre of the earthquake was located 11 kilometres south-southeast of Farsala.
The focal depth is 14.4 kilometres, according to a statement by the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens.
It should be recalled that earlier another earthquake of 3 Richter was recorded in the area with the same epicentre.
