The centre of Athens is in a state of chaos: At Syntagma beekeepers, march by ‘PDEDIN’ and University strike

After the farmers, today beekeepers, doctors and nurses and students take the “lead” of mobilization. From 08:00 in the morning, beekeepers have been demonstrating in the centre of Athens, holding a nationwide mobilisation.

At 12:00 the beekeepers are scheduled to meet with the minister of agricultural development Lefteris Avgenakis.

The demonstrators will remain in Syntagma Square until late in the evening.

Also, from 08:30 in the center of Athens, the Panhellenic Federation of Public Hospital Employees (PDOEDIN) will hold a nationwide mobilization.

Also, they will hold a work stoppage in Attica until 3 p.m. and a 24-hour strike in the region with a nationwide gathering in Mavili Square, as well as a “March for the Salvation of Public Health – Welfare – EKAB” to the Ministry of Health.
