The mood in Himara in Northern Epirus is jubilant after the first estimates of the results of the 2024 European elections and the election of Fredi Beleris.

The indigenous Ethnic Greek Minority of Northern Epirus (southern Albania) is celebrating as the elected mayor of Himara came in 3rd place on the New Democracy ballot.

He said that he will address a message tonight from inside the prison. A message not only for Himara but for all of Greece.
