After “Dune” and his role as Paul Atreides, Timothée Chalamet is taking on one of the most challenging roles of his career. He portrays Bob Dylan in the new biopic titled “A Complete Unknown.”
Directed by James Mangold, the film is set in the early 1960s New York music scene and follows the meteoric rise of the 19-year-old musician from Minnesota, who established himself as the ultimate folk singer, packing concert halls. The story culminates in his groundbreaking rock ‘n’ roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.
The film also stars Edward Norton, Elle Fanning, Monica Barbaro, Boyd Holbrook, Norbert Leo Butz, Dan Fogler, and Scoot McNairy.
