The Turkish Minister of Interior and Migration expressed his disapproval regarding a Greek Coast Guard vessel entering Turkish territorial waters, stating that “behaviors aimed at violating our territorial waters cannot be accepted.”

Specifically, in a post on the platform “X,” Minister Ali Yerlikaya wrote the following:

“With the participation of our Deputy Minister, the Commander of the Coast Guard, and the relevant unit heads, we visited the Coast Guard Operations Center.

We closely reviewed the efforts of our Coast Guard Command and the measures taken for the security of our territorial waters.
