The climate of prolonged aggravation in the Middle East remains, with the crossfire between Hezbollah and Israel still falling.
According to a post posted on Twitter by the Israeli military, accompanied by a video, the Lebanese group has fired 135 rockets into Israel as of 6 a.m.
It is also noted that it marks one year since Hezbollah’s involvement in the new crisis with Israel.
Israeli army killed the commander of Hezbollah’s headquarters
Israel’s armed forces eliminated Suhail Hussein Husseini, the commander of Hezbollah’s headquarters, in a bombing in the Beirut area, they said earlier in a statement.
Husseini was head of the logistics headquarters and was responsible for transporting weapons from Iran and distributing them to various Hezbollah units.
Husseini “was also involved in the budget and logical management of the organization’s most sensitive projects, including the operational plan for the war,” he added.
