Tomorrow the police officer accused of raping his children will appear in court – The intense indictment

The investigating judge will visit the accused in the hospital where he is being kept under guard after he claimed psychological problems

Newsroom December 2 04:04

The police officer accused of raping his children is expected to appear before a magistrate tomorrow to answer to several felony charges after a complaint by the wife of the officer, also a police officer.

The investigating magistrate will visit the accused at the hospital where he is under guard after he cited psychological problems on his part.

The policeman is charged under an arrest warrant issued against him for rape, rape of a minor by a relative in a serial and repeated manner, abuse of minors by a relative in a serial and repeated manner, sexual acts between relatives against minors by an ascendant in a serial and repeated manner, pornography of minors,

He posed as a loving family man and then raped his children

Posing smugly in front of the camera posing as a proper and good family man, posting photos of his underage children on social media accompanied by the words “family” and “happiness” and “advertising” the motorcycle rides he took with his wife.

This is about the policeman who served in Parliament and was arrested on charges of systematically raping his children from the tender age of 5. The man, through the image he cultivated, presented himself to those around him as a model family man showing how “loving” he is with his wife and children. But when the phone was turned off and the camera was turned off he showed his true face. The one of horror.

What their wife has reported is nauseating. According to her, the police officer allegedly, from 2016 until now in November, forced her to use physical force to molest their children while he watched or even participated in the acts.

Meanwhile, the police officer allegedly molested his 3 daughters from the tender age of 5 and, as they grew older, went so far as to rape them. As if that wasn’t enough, he allegedly forced his son to have sexual intercourse with his sisters. Things are unthinkable and unheard of.

The case came to light on Friday (29/11) and caused shock in Greek society mainly because of the multiple tortures the children – three girls and a boy – were allegedly subjected to from the tender age of 5. Three years ago, the boy had fallen from the 4th floor of the house where the family was staying, and the authorities are now reviewing the case to establish whether it was an accident or something else. There are also reports being investigated that the other children in the family had also attempted to end their lives in the past.

It is noteworthy that the police officer in question had been serving as Parliament’s security since 2019 even though, according to the NPA, he was reportedly experiencing psychological problems. One of the questions that reasonably arises is how this man could have served for so many years in such an important post without anyone noticing anything. At a time when he reportedly didn’t even have a gun because of these very psychological problems.

The sordid case began to unfold on Monday, November 18, when the children’s mother accused her husband of domestic violence. Immediately, the autopsy procedure was activated and the policeman was arrested while on guard duty at the central building of the parliament.

The next day, on 19/11, by decision of the guard of the Parliament, the police officer was expelled from the guard service of the Parliament, while on 20 November the competent authorities imposed a one-year suspended prison sentence.

After the charge against him, the policeman allegedly told his mother that he would commit suicide, leading the ELAS to search for him and take him to the army’s mental hospital. Immediately after his incarceration in the mental hospital on Nov. 20, his wife visited the police station again, adding to the initial allegations of domestic violence and the serious charges of her husband’s rape of their children.

This “heinous” event led to a new preliminary investigation and also to the removal of custody of the children from the parents, as mutual accusations between the spouses intervened.
